She is certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and The Kew Training Academy in the U.K., and also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Her decades of experience as a mentor in the 12-Step world inform the compassionate, practical approach she brings to every client.
In addition to supporting clients with confidence, anxiety, sleep, and chronic pain, Amanda works with golfers and other athletes to enhance focus, manage performance pressure, and strengthen mental resilience.

Amanda is fantastic. I started sessions with her because my anxiety had increased after the coronavirus safer-at-home order in LA, and she said she was offering remote sessions.
I was pretty skeptical of hypnosis in the beginning so I couldn't believe that my anxiety went down from a 6 (on a scale of 1-10) to a 3 in just a week!
Amanda is really kind, direct, and collaborative. She encouraged me to stay in touch with her in between sessions so that she could adjust our next session accordingly. She has a very soothing voice that put me under and I felt really safe with her.

Amazing, deep and effective. I decided to work with Amanda for help with my golf game. I had difficulty breaking 100 consistently, after my first 2 sessions I shot 95 and 96 respectively.
